East African Food Crisis

 As you read this millions of people in the Horn of Africa are facing starvation following a 2 year drought in the region.  If you can dig a little deeper to help during our services there will be a collection plate left on the table as you enter/leave the church.  Anything you donate will be passed on to ChristianAid who will distribute it to their supporting partners in Kenya, Ehtiopia and Sudan to provide life-saving assistance including tanks of water to villages experiencing the worst drought conditions, food for families and animal feed to protect the livestock on which most of these people rely for their survival.  They will also be supporting recovery and helping communities to become more resilient to future crises.
